The Software is provided free of charge. No payment, license fee, royalty, or other compensation is required to use the Software under the terms of this Agreement.
GRANT OF LICENSE
Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Licensor hereby grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, and free-of-charge license to use the Software for personal and commercial purposes, including as part of internal systems, applications, and commercial products.
This license permits the use of the Software as a component within your application, whether for personal, internal business, or commercial use.
RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- Redistribute, sublicense, sell, lease, or otherwise distribute the Software as a standalone product or library
- Offer the Software as a competing library, framework, or development tool
- Claim ownership of the Software or any portion thereof
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, license, or attribution notices
- Use the Software for illegal, fraudulent, or malicious purposes, including but not limited to scams, malware, or deceptive activities
You MAY:

OWNERSHIP

TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of the Software.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS”, WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR, AUTHORS, OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR FINANCIAL DAMAGES, ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
COMMERCIAL DISTRIBUTION OF THE SOFTWARE ITSELF
This license does NOT grant permission to distribute, sell, or sublicense the Software itself as a standalone product or as part of a competing library, framework, or toolkit without explicit written permission from the Licensor.
